The AIA School is affiliated to The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) 

The AIA School is dedicated to recognizing and celebrating students who excel not only in academics but also in co-curricular activities.  

In honor of the school’s founder, late Shri Ashok Varma, the institution has established the Ashok Achievement Award (AAA). This prestigious award is a tribute to Shri Ashok Varma’s vision and aims to commend students who exhibit exceptional academic prowess, active participation in co-curriculars, strong leadership qualities, and a commitment to high ethical standards. 

Moreover, The AIA school extends its support and recognition to students who demonstrate outstanding abilities and achievements in co-curricular domains such as sports, arts, and other extracurricular activities. These scholarships are designed to acknowledge and encourage students who exhibit remarkable dedication, talent, and accomplishments in fields beyond academics. 

Scholarships can be availed by filling the appropriate forms at the school reception. 

There are maximum 35 students in each class 

We maintain a teacher-student ratio in line with the CBSE guidelines, with an average ratio of 1 teacher to every 35 students. 

Commencing from Year III, an aptitude test will be part of the admissions process, aiding in evaluating students’ strengths and potential 

List of documents: 

1. Birth Certificate/ Passport of the child 

2.    Residence proof 

3.    Photo ID proof of Parent and Child 

4.    Vaccination card/Medical certificate of child 

5.    Academic transcript of previous 2 classes of child 

6. Attested copy of legal document if the child is being brought up by single parent. 

7. Affidavit of guardianship if the child lives with a local guardian. 

8. Original Transfer certificate from the last school attended. 

9. Caste Certificate if applicable 

10. Parivaar Pehchaan Patr. 

11. Original Character certificate from last attended school only in case of grade XI 

12. Original Migration certificate (only for non CBSE student seeking admission in grade  XI) 

To enroll in Pre-Nursery, children should be at least 3 years old by March 31st. For instance, for the 2024-25 session, applicants must ensure their child is 3 years old by March 31st, 2024.

The age limit will not be relaxed for any grade.

The AIA School conducts its classes in English, functioning as an English-medium school. 

  •  Pre-Nursery– II No formal assessment
  •  Grade III – VI As per the CBSE guidelines.
  •  The academic session is divided into two terms. Each term will have = 1 Formative Assessment + 1 Summative Assessment + Subject Enrichment Activities
